Florin's story began in Albania, took him through the kitchens of Italy, and brought him to New York with a notebook full of his family's recipes.

He started as a cook and worked his way up to general manager, learning every part of running a restaurant along the way. In 2008, he made the choice to chase the American dream on his own terms — and Delizioso, his first food truck, was born.

Built on traditional family recipes, Delizioso has grown one happy customer at a time. Hundreds of thousands of guests later, Florin brought it all west — and today serves the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and Ventura County with the same care he brought to his very first shift in the kitchen.

Whether it's a wedding for 200 or an intimate dinner at home, every event is built on the same idea: real Mediterranean food, made fresh, served with the warmth of a family table.
